How to withdraw from Bybit to M-Pesa
Bybit has no M-Pesa withdraw button. These are the two ways that work.

Sell USDT on Bybit P2P
- 15 or 30 min window
- Buyer sets the price
- Verify your identity and add M-PesaBybit P2P needs identity verification (Level 1). Add M-Pesa as a payment method in your P2P profile. The name on it must match your Bybit name.
- Move your USDT to the Funding accountBybit P2P sells from your Funding account, or from Flexible Earn. USDT in a trading account must be moved to Funding first.
- Open P2P Trading, then SellChoose USDT as the coin and KES as the currency. Filter by M-Pesa. Check each ad's price, its limits and the buyer's 30 day completion rate.
- Tap Sell USDT, enter the amount, tap SellConfirm with your email code, 2FA, fund password or passkey. Your USDT is now held by Bybit for the order.
- Check your own M-Pesa balanceThe buyer has a countdown to pay. Open M-Pesa on your phone and confirm the full amount arrived. A screenshot or a chat message is not proof.
- Tap Release NowDo this only when the money is in your M-Pesa. Tick the receipt box and complete the security check. Once you release, the USDT goes to the buyer.
Withdraw USDT to Dovo, cash out to M-Pesa

- In Dovo, tap Add moneyTap Show my address, then Copy address. Dovo takes USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) only.
- In Bybit, tap Assets, then WithdrawYou can also open your Funding account and tap Withdraw next to USDT. Paste your Dovo address in the wallet address field.
- Choose BSC (BEP20) as the chainCheck the chain twice. Bybit shows the fee and the minimum for each chain before you confirm. The fee is fixed for any amount.
- Enter the amount, tap Confirm, then SubmitBybit asks for an email code and your Google Authenticator code, unless the address is on your whitelist. Bybit says a withdrawal can take up to 30 minutes or one hour to process.
- Wait for the depositThe USDT shows in Dovo once BNB Smart Chain confirms it. This usually takes about a minute after Bybit sends it.
- Tap Cash out, then My M-PesaEnter the amount in USDT, from 2 USDT. Tap Continue. The Review cash-out screen shows the rate and what M-Pesa receives. Tap Send to confirm.

Common problems
The buyer marked the order paid, but no money came
Do not release the USDT. Open M-Pesa on your phone and check your balance yourself.
In the release window, choose I have not received the payment in my available balance.
If the money is still missing 10 minutes after the buyer marked it paid, you can ask the buyer to cancel. Talk in the order chat first, then tap Order Dispute if you need help.
If the buyer does not pay in time, Bybit cancels the order and your USDT goes back to your Funding account.
My Bybit account has a 24 hour withdrawal hold after a P2P trade
If Bybit flags a P2P trade as risky, it can restrict withdrawals on your account for 24 hours.
Wait for the hold to end, or contact Bybit support from the app.
I chose the wrong chain in Bybit
A withdrawal sent on the wrong chain may not arrive, and it can be lost.
Dovo takes USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) only. USDT sent on another network cannot be recovered.
Bybit asks me to verify my withdrawal address
Under Travel Rule checks, some users must verify the wallet address before a crypto withdrawal.
- Follow the prompt in the Bybit app.
- Add the Dovo address to your withdrawal address book if Bybit asks.
- Use Bybit support if the check does not clear.
