How to withdraw from Binance to M-Pesa

Sell USDT on Binance P2P

- Move your USDT to the Funding accountBinance P2P sells from your Funding account, not Spot. Move the USDT there before you start.
- Tap Trade, then P2P, then SellChoose USDT as the coin and KES as the currency. Look for ads that accept M-Pesa (Safaricom). Express mode can also match you with a buyer.
- Pick a buyer adCheck the price, the limits and the payment window. Each buyer sets their own minimum and their own time to pay.

- In Binance, tap Assets, then Send, then Withdraw AssetChoose USDT as the asset. Paste your Dovo address.

- Wait for the depositThe USDT shows in Dovo once BNB Smart Chain confirms it. This usually takes about a minute.

Common problems
The buyer has not paid, or I got an SMS but no money
Do not release the USDT. Open M-Pesa on your phone and check your balance yourself.
SMS messages and screenshots can be faked. Some scammers send part of the amount and claim it is the full sum.
If the buyer does not mark the order paid in time, the order cancels. Your USDT goes back to you from escrow.
If the buyer marked the order paid but no money came, tap Help to appeal. Keep all chat inside Binance.
The payer's name does not match the buyer
Do not release the USDT. Binance asks the seller to refund the full amount to the payer.
Binance then suspends the buyer's P2P access.
Your own M-Pesa must also be in the same name as your verified Binance account.
I sent USDT on the wrong network
Binance warns that funds sent on the wrong network may be lost.
Binance self-service recovery covers deposits into Binance. It does not cover withdrawals that already left.
Dovo takes USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) only. USDT sent on another network cannot be recovered.
My Binance withdrawal is on hold or under review
After a security change, like a new password, Binance pauses withdrawals for 24 to 48 hours.
Anti-scam holds usually last up to 24 hours. Binance says they are never permanent.

Can I withdraw from Binance to M-Pesa directly, without P2P?
Binance does not list a direct withdrawal to M-Pesa. On Binance, M-Pesa is a P2P payment method. To skip P2P, send USDT to Dovo and cash out to your own M-Pesa number.
Which network should I use to send USDT to Dovo?
Use BNB Smart Chain. On Binance, choose BSC (BEP20). Dovo does not accept USDT on Tron (TRC20), Ethereum or any other network.
What is the Binance withdrawal fee for USDT?
At the time of writing (13 Oct 2026), Binance charged 0.01 USDT on BSC (BEP20) and 1.5 USDT on Tron (TRC20). The minimum was 5 USDT on both. Binance shows the fee before you confirm.
Is there a daily limit with Dovo?
Yes. You can cash out up to 200 USDT in any 24 hours. Each cash-out must be at least 2 USDT.
Can I cash out to Airtel Money?
No. Dovo pays M-Pesa on Safaricom numbers only. It does not pay Airtel Money or T-Kash.
What if I sent USDT on the wrong network?
USDT sent on the wrong network can be lost. Binance cannot pull back a withdrawal that already left, and Dovo cannot recover USDT sent on another network. Check BSC (BEP20) every time.
