I entered the wrong account number
Call KCB at once and give them the M-Pesa transaction code from your SMS.
Safaricom's Pay Bill terms say a business must reverse a payment made in clear error within 72 hours. If it does not, Safaricom can complete the reversal.
You can also call Safaricom on 100 or 200. Have the transaction code and the wrong account number ready.
I paid the wrong Paybill number
Tell Safaricom right away. Its Pay Bill terms say it will use its best efforts to reverse a payment sent to the wrong Pay Bill.
A reversal is not guaranteed, so act fast and keep the SMS.
Which KCB number should I use?
